A few years ago, I was at a crossroads in my corporate career. Focused on climbing that ladder, I was at the height of success both professionally and financially. But what I didn't realize is I was sacrificing important parts of my life... and myself... to make that upward trek. It wasn't until my career took a toll on my emotional and physical health that I finally "woke up" and realized it was time for a change.

Coming to that realization was terrifying. I was smack-dab in the middle of my career with zero interest in starting over again from scratch or sacrificing my income.

As a big-picture thinker with a keen eye for staying ahead of the curve, my style has always been to adopt modern ways of doing important things. I realized that my style no longer fits into the boxes of Corporate America - not without becoming someone I'm not for the sake of conformity.

After some soul searching, it was clear that it was time to harvest my wealth of skills and experience as a people developer and pursue my dream of starting my own business. One that allows me to make a meaningful impact in the world in a way that aligns with my soul. So, I did. Starting as a side hustle then turning it into a full-time business that I love, I stepped out of Corporate America and never looked back. Now, I get to be free. I get to be me. I get to make the most of this one precious life while guiding others like me to do the same.
